Founded in 1992, Stone Lake Estates is a neighborhood on the west side of Plano, Texas, consisting of 175 private homes. Our homeowners work together through the Stone Lake Estates Homeowners Association. As provided in section 2.1 of the Association's bylaws, "The purpose for which this non-profit Association is formed is to govern, operate, and maintain the Common Properties," which include our pond and park.
