The Stone Lake Estates Homeowners Association is
committed to providing members, realtors, and title companies with
all information needed to transfer ownership of a house in
Stone Lake Estates. This site contains the required attachments
for a TREC Resale Certificate, ready to print or download.

Violations (N/A - no known violations)To obtain a completed Resale Certificate regarding a particular
property (without the attachments listed above), please

1. Street address of the property
2. First and last names of both buyers
3. Closing date
Stone Lake Estates Homeowners Association will mail hard
copies of the attachments to the Resale Certificate for a nominal processing fee. We prefer
that you download the attachments (for free) from this web
page.
